We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone at any time.
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Reservations made LESS THAN 7 DAYS prior to arrival require full payment. Deposits can be made with a credit card. Balances are due the day of arrival and will be charged to the card used to make the reservation.
CANCELLING A RESERVATION
Cancellations must be accompanied by a written email request. All cancellations are subject to a $40.00 per room fee. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
7 DAYS from your check-in date for a refund of your deposit.
No refund for cancellations LESS THAN 7 DAYS from check-in date, and the full amount of your reservation will be charged to the card on file.
CHANGING/CANCELLING A SPA TREATMENT
Cancellations/changes less than 48 HOURS prior to your appointment time are charged at full price.
Our ability to reschedule spa treatments is not guaranteed. No refunds for missed appointments or late arrivals.
Zen Asheville is a NON-SMOKING FACILITY. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND, including vaping and smoking for medicinal or therapeutic purposes, is allowed indoors..
A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found anywhere inside our inn or its structures, including: cigarette/cigar/other butts or paper, ash, damage related to smoking, and any odor/smell from smoking or second hand smoke.
Further, your reservation will be forfeited without any refund, and you will be asked to leave the premises.
SELF CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
Self check in begins at 3pm. No early arrivals. Check out is 11am.
Occupancy is (2) persons per room. We do not accommodate extra guests, guests under 15, and we do not allow animals.
Guests are responsible for the cost of all damages to guest rooms and public spaces beyond normal wear and tear, including damage from food and wine.
For safety, NO CANDLES, INCENSE or OPEN FLAMES in guest rooms.
A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for any evidence that our no smoking or no animals policy has been broken.
Missing items will be charged to the guest bill after check-out. Lost key charge is $12.00.
Guest parking available, one spot per guest room. Additional cars may park on the street.

Along with our spa amenities, Finnish Sauna and European Steam Shower, every guest enjoys complimentary parking and WiFi.
Do you serve breakfast?
We serve coffee, tea, juice and light snacks between 9:00am & 10:00am. Enjoy it anywhere you like.
Do you have housekeeping?
We do not provide daily housekeeping. Housekeeping is provided for reservations of (4) nights or longer during the middle of your stay.
Do you have cable TV?
No, our rooms do not have televisions.
Can I book spa treatments if I’m not staying at the inn?
No, our spa is exclusively for guests of the inn.
Can my dog come?
No, we do not allow pets.
Can my children come?
Children over the age of 15 are welcome. However, our occupancy limit for all rooms is 2 persons. We do not accommodate extra guests in rooms.
