Reservation Policies

Reservations for our private, boutique resort near Asheville and Waynesville, NC can be made online or by calling 828-255-0051. If you are trying to reserve a spa package less than 7 days before arrival, please call us to check availability of appointment times.

Two night minimum stay, 3 nights on certain holidays and weekends in October. One night stays are sometimes possible, call for availability.

All accommodations subject to 13% NC State and Buncombe County tax.

DEPOSITS/BALANCES

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and cash.

A deposit of ONE NIGHT is required at the time of booking to guarantee a reservation. Deposits can be made with a credit card. GROUP RESERVATIONS of (3) ROOMS OR MORE require full payment at the time of booking to guarantee a reservation.

All remaining balances are due upon check-in. Balances and incidentals may be paid by credit card or cash.

CANCELLING A RESERVATION

Cancellations must be done by phone and accompanied by a written email request. All cancellations are subject to a $35.00 per room fee. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

  • 14 DAYS or MORE prior to your check-in date for a refund of your deposit.
  • 7 DAYS or MORE prior to your check-in date for a gift certificate of your deposit amount.
  •  LESS THAN 7 DAYS prior to your check-in date it is considered a no show and the full amount of your reservation will be charged.

CANCELLING A GROUP RESERVATION

  • 30 DAYS or MORE prior to your check-in date for a refund of your deposit.
  • 14 DAYS or MORE prior to your check-in date for a gift certificate of your deposit amount.
  • LESS THAN 14 DAYS prior to your check-in date it is considered a no show and the full amount of your reservation will be charged.

CHANGING/CANCELLING A SPA TREATMENT

Cancellations/changes less than 48 HOURS prior to your appointment time are charged at full price.

Our ability to reschedule spa treatments is not guaranteed. No refunds for missed appointments or late arrivals.
