Making Reservations at ASIA Bed and Breakfast Spa
Reservations for our private, boutique resort near Asheville and Waynesville, NC can be made online or by calling 828-255-0051. If you are trying to reserve a spa package less than 7 days before arrival, please call us to check availability of appointment times.
DEPOSITS/BALANCES [Read Details...]
A deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee a reservation. Deposits can be made with a valid credit card, traveler’s check, or personal check. Deposits by check must be received within 10 business days of booking and must clear prior to guest arrival. All deposits are subject to our cancellation policy (see below).
Spa packages require a 50% deposit. Room-only accommodations require payment in full.
Balances are due upon check-in. The credit card used for reservations MUST BE PRESENTED at check-in, along with VALID IDENTIFICATION. Balances and incidentals may be paid by a different card at guest’s discretion.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, traveler’s checks, and personal checks for deposit. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and cash for balances upon check-in.
CANCELING A RESERVATION [Read Details...]
Cancellations must be done by phone and accompanied by a written email request. All cancellations/changes are subject to a $35.00 fee. The fee can be applied to a future reservation if booked within 3 months of original reservation date.
You may cancel a reservation 14 DAYS OR MORE (30 DAYS FOR OCTOBER WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS) from your check-in date for a REFUND of your deposit. If you cancel a reservation 14 DAYS OR LESS from your check-in date your deposit is NOT REFUNDED.
Canceling a reservation 7 DAYS OR LESS from your check-in date is considered a no show. You will be charged for all nights reserved at the regular room rate (room discounts included with spa packages will not apply). NO REFUNDS for late arrivals or early departures.

CHANGING A RESERVATION [Read Details...]
You may change/reschedule a reservation 7 DAYS OR MORE from your check-in date. Reservation changes made 7 DAYS OR LESS from check-in date are considered cancellations and no shows. You have 14 days from the original check-in date to reschedule a reservation, and 90 days from the original reservation to check-in. You may reschedule a reservation ONE TIME only.

CHANGING/CANCELLING A SPA TREATMENT [Read Details...]
Spa treatments are scheduled prior to your arrival. Appointments that are rescheduled LESS THAN 72 HOURS from your check-in date are subject to an ADDITONAL change fee of 50% of the cost of treatments that are rescheduled. Our ability to reschedule spa treatments is NOT GUARANTEED.
If you are canceling a reservation with us, a MINIMUM of 72 HOURS notice from your check-in date is required to cancel a spa treatment. Spa treatments cancelled LESS THAN 72 HOURS from your check-in date are not refunded.
Spa treatments cannot be canceled after check-in. Some rooms are booked with spa packages exclusively. Spa treatments in these spa packages cannot be cancelled.
NO REFUNDS for missed appointments or late arrivals.
